Addon GWAR3500 54Mbs Wireless ADSL 2+ Modem 4 Port Router - 1 Year Warranty

Appaling product, even worse customer service - I received this product this morning and connected it to my desktop running XP. All worked fine (though the product itself is very very plasticy and feels very cheap). I then tried to connect my laptop running Vista-no joy. I called the tech support line and was instructed to upgrade the firmware, and guided through this process. Having done that the router then completely died, the desktop would no longer see it, nor would anything else, and the default reset button did nothing.After calling the tech support and asking what to do I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced, absolutely useless and no offers of any help or reimbursement for something that had failed due to me following THEIR OWN tech support instructions.I would strongly urge anyone never to buy any product from this manufacturer, and urge Amazon not to distribute for them.Absolutely appaling.
